United Nations Secretary General Banki Moon, will
visit North Korea this week, the first visit by a UN chief in more than two
decades. In May, North Korea abruptly cancelled the visit by the UN boss just
one day before he was due to arrive.
The visit comes as North Korea faces heavy UN,
European Union and United States sanctions for its nuclear tests. Moon, a
former South Korea minister will be the only third Secretary General to visit
the country
