Its only down to six days to the MTV EMA awards in Milan and African artistes seem to be representing us fully.Yemi Alade From Nigeria is the only lady standing within a crowd of top musicians like Davido,AKA ( South Africa) ,Dj Arafat and Diamond Platinumz (Tanzania) all nominated in the Best African Act Category.Its been a good year for Yemi Alade since she scooped the best female award at the MTV MAMA awards in Durban this year in a category that also featured Seyi Shay from Nigeria and Vanessa Mdee from Tanzania.
Diamond Platinumz has also had a good time in the Entertainment World by scooping three prestigious awards at the AFRIMMA awards 2015 defeating artists like Davido and Wizkid .We are hoping to see if either one of these artiste get an award at the MTV EMA awards.All the best to the nominees We Are One.
