Elsewhere the second petitioner to appear before the parliamentary committee on justice and legal affairs Leonard kamwitu has sort to convince the committee to remove ahmed nassir abdulahi from the judicial service commission.kamwitu a peasant farmer has tabled allegations against abdulahi accusing him of abuse of office when he was acting on behalf of the national bank of Kenya
Kamwitu however had a hard time presenting evidence before the committee led by Samuel chepkonga

President uhuru Kenyatta has signed in to law the finance act 2013.the act amends the customs and excess act by introducing the railway development levy to be paid on all goods imported into the country for home use.the levy will be charged at a rate of 1.5% of customs value of the goods and will provide funds for the construction of standards gauge railway network to facilitate transportation of GOODS.

The government has called for the harmonization of higher education and training systems in the east Africa region to allow young people study in a university of there choice in any partner state.cabinet secretary for east Africa affairs phylis kandie has also called upon members state to allow cross border movement of graduates to foster skill integration
